What should I do if there are missing courses on myCampus?
If a course is booked, it will automatically be unlocked on myCampus. A fresh log in to myCampus will be necessary. If the computer is already logged in to myCampus, select ‘Dein Profil’ and log out. All courses linked to your profile should now be unlocked. Note that when using myCampus App, login is not required, therefore, course updates are not possible. It’s best to log into myCampus.iubh.de using an internet browser. The myCampus website can be accessed via the app by clicking on the menu item ‘Webseite’ within the menu section which can be found in the top left hand corner of the app. The courses will be updated after successful login.
How do I log in to myCampus?

The myCampus login is linked to your CARE community, meaning you will not need a separate password. Simply use your CARE community user ID to log in. Your username usually has the format “firstname.surname”.
What courses can be found on the course prospectus?
On your course prospectus you will find all the courses you have already enrolled upon in your CARE community. The course prospectus is divided into 3 tabs:
- Active courses
- Exam approval received
- Introduction courses
The tab “Active courses” shows all the courses you are currently studying. It includes all the courses with open online tests or with evaluations that have yet to be completed. As soon as you meet all the requirements, the course will automatically be moved into the next tab “Exam approval received”. Please note that this will not be visible until your next login into myCampus.
The tab “Exam approval received” displays all the courses in which you have already received exam approval. It also includes all the courses you have already passed.
Under the tab “Introduction courses” you can find the course manual which provides general information on several aspects.
When do I receive exam approval?
To receive exam approval, you must have passed all online tests as well as completed and sent the course evaluations. Upon sending the course evaluation the exam approval will automatically be set within the system, the course will then change tabs from “Active courses” to “Exam approval received”. For it to appear on the course prospectus you are required to log out and log back in to myCampus.
All online test have to be completed successively. An online test counts as completed when at least 80% of all questions have been answered correctly and must be repeated until that is the case. There are unlimited repetitions.
What are the blocks on the right hand side for?
The blocks on the right hand side offer additional information and functions.
The Blocks on the course prospectus are:
- News – provides general news about myCampus
- Calendar – shows global IUBH appointments, course appointments and your personal appointments for the day
- Current appointments – lists upcoming IUBH appointments, course appointments and your personal appointments
The blocks within a course always refer to contents and information about this course. Blocks within courses are:
- Tutor – provides tutor contact information
- News – up to date course news
- Calendar – lists course appointments
- Current appointments – lists upcoming course appointments
- People: –shows all people who are enrolled in the course
Can I use myCampus on my mobile device? What options do I have?
The myCampus platform is also optimized for mobile devices. Therefore you can access https://mycampus.iubh.de directly from your smartphone or tablet.
It is also possible to access myCampus via App. Download “Moodle Mobile” app. After the app has been installed successfully please enter the URL mycampus.iubh.de. The myCampus login page will appear where you have to enter your myCampus login data.
