Click on your profil in CARE and go to “change password”.

If the CARE login for the new community does not work, please request a new password first. We ask that you to do this even if you still know your password. Also see: forgot CARE password.

Please note that your login name must be in lower case (case sensitive), else your account will not be recognized. Pay special attention to this when using a mobile device as first letters are often capitalized.

Example:

Login name for user: Max Mustermann

  • Wrong: Max.mustermann
  • Correct: max.mustermann

If the error “Your community access is currently locked. Please contact your system administrator” appears please contact us via email stating the error message at it-helpdesk@iubh-fernstudium.de

You can request a new password using the link “Forgot password?“. On the following page, enter your username like max.mustermann. Your new password will be sent to the email address, which is registered in your account.
